該機主要分為定位（wèi）模塊（kuài）、貼角模塊和（hé）成型模塊三大（dà）部分，可實現各類紙盒、木盒、膠盒生產時的自動送紙、自動過（guò）膠、自動貼角、自動定位、自動成型和自動壓泡等，一係列工藝（yì）工序的自動完成，轉版速度快，製作盒體精美．定位模塊的黑（hēi）白皮帶、雙鏡頭、自動（dòng）糾偏。貼角模塊的不粘膠膠帶槽、雙升紙台（tái）。成型模塊的智（zhì）能調節、自動鎖固、伺服凸輪動作、免換鏟刀和壓泡（pào）板等，均由我司自行研發設計生產，並獲得多項國家專利。
